This beautiful lamb roast is perfect and just in time for the holidays. Originating from the farms of Colorado, these succulent, juicy and tender pieces of lamb will make a gorgeous presentation piece. Each Leg of Lamb is fit to feed 10-12 people.

Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for a Boneless Leg of Lamb is to slow cook in the oven! Set your oven to 275 degrees and place the lamb on a raised rack and cook until your meat hits your desired level of doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: Cooking times will vary based on oven temperature and desired level of doneness but we recommend 10-15 minutes a pound or an internal temperature of 140 degrees.
