Our Wild Caught Scallops are the best of the best! These U-10 scallops come frozen with no added water or saline. They are the largest scallops you can find and can comfortably feed 2-3 people. Make sure to sear them on a hot cast iron skillet - makes for a beautiful presentation.

Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Wild Caught Scallops is to sear them on a hot iron skillet!

Preferred Cooking Time: The Wild Caught Scallops should be seared on a hot iron skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side. We recommend cooking these with garlic and butter!
