Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Ahi Tuna Steaks is to marinate the fillets either overnight or for 10 minutes. It's recommended that you sear the tuna steaks on the stove in an oiled skillet.

Preferred Cooking Time: Heat an oiled skillet over medium heat and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
