Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Prime Ground Beef is... grilling, searing, and baking. The options are endless! To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: Since there are many ways you can cook ground beef we are going to provide you with a few different cooking times. When it comes to grilling burgers, we suggest cooking them for 10-12 minutes. When searing meatballs, we suggest cooking them for a total of 15 minutes on medium-high heat. Last but not least, when it comes to cooking meatloaf we suggest baking it for 35 minutes at 350 degrees fahrenheit in the oven.
