The Story

One of our favorite cuts, also known as the butcher's cut, the Prime Hanger Steak resembles that of a skirt steak but carries a much richer taste. With a loose grain throughout, these hanger steaks are perfect for marinating or basting as flavors embed the meat. Feel free to use our Umami Marinade, 'The Rub' or a homemade chimichurri.
